Bangkok, Thailand - Held over the weekend of the 23rd and 24th of November, the third ever Bangkok Hotrod Custom Show has been touted as one of Asia's best. A quick search for #BangkokHotrod2019 on Instagram and you will be quick to see thousands of posts ranging from heavily modified baggers and choppers, to vintage cars and scooters.
As it was our first time to the show, we were fortunate to have the crew from Singapore's very own Wicked Wallop lead the way. Organizer of Wicked Wallop Mr. Jap Loh was also an invited guest judge for the event. Guests and visitors to the show came from as far away as the United States, Mexico, Sweden, the United Kingdom and Japan. There were also visitors flying in from every single South East Asian country, a clear and undisputed testament to the event organizers.
The festival was not only packed with some of the sickest rides, many of which we considered SEMA worthy, but also activities ranging from axe-throwing, swap and used marketplace, apparel and gear stores, as well as brands from BMW Motorrad, Yamaha and Moto Guzzi. Food stalls serving local and international cuisine and Leo Beer stalls also dotted Show DC, Bangkok's largest outdoor arena.
